As we already have clearing of boons for the not-quite-unwashed masses with
tons of boons, how about adding clear option to the training points also? It
could scale with say, the number of training points involved say, points*100,
points*500, or something - multiplier of 1000 would be about equivalent to
cost of reinc glevels, so something bit less might be appropriate.
