Implement an online \"plan\" editor so people wouldn\'t have to deal
with those messy mud-profile syntaxes. People can post new topics in news
groups online, as well as view a list of who\'s online and see their profiles.
It\'s discouraging to newbies to make intricate plans with the system that\'s
available now, imho.
