I know there is an Icon by me soon, If I had a shirt to wear. I could
advertise a bit. I was actually thinking about just putting up flyers around
school about bat, figured college kids would be most interested in bat. Plus
I would like more american players anyhoot. Umm, maybe If I had a few more
shirts, I can get a crew of whatever kids I go with to Icon to wear and
promote it there. If you don't know what Icon is, shame on you =DDD, it's a
dork convention. Also, I appear on the tv station in my school every week,
and I would not mind wearing a batmud shirt with our website and such on the
show for more publicity. Also generally, I get silly IMs from friends that
are like, hey I'm bored, and I'm usually like hey... play batmud. Rarely
works. But I always give it a shot anyway. But anyway those are my ideas, If
I had a better way to advertise I could do it on campus. Hoodies, shirts,
posters, etc.

We'll get a designer to come up with some fancy flyers and
other graphics for marketing purposes. And probably get
somekind of scheme for awarding players who manage to
recruit others to try out and play BatMUD. I am more
and more convinced that this kind of personal contact
approach is the best way for MUDs to advertize.
