Why don't rangers get skill Longblades to 100% ? I think this is silly.

It has nothing to do with rockin or sucking, not directly at least. It has to
do with game balance as I said. Rangers dont get lblades to 100% because
there is a guild in nomad background that does, if you want lblades at 100%
then join that guild but then you won't get some other stuff... this is what I
meant by game balance is the reason.
