Getting to level 100 is too easy. Exp, exp, exp, reinc and voila. Duh.
Make it so you have to advance levels over 90 with non-safe exp and not in
reinc. I'd love to see all these oldbies who are idling at level 100 getting
fucked and forced to play again if they want to keep their virtual highbie
status. Also, force reincs are always nice!
