Could bards or merchants have a spell/skill that would detect your luck,
or atleast where it's going. It could have messages like:
<xyz> is feeling REALLY lucky
<xyz> is having bad luck times
<xyz> is living a charmed life
... and so on. If there's already such a spell, ignore this
(another odd) idea.

Should only be able to train the spell to 50% though. Telling the future is
always a hit or miss proposition.
Make it high SP cost, or all SPS (like heal all), so it isn't too readily
done.
