Make stun skill actually work.

In addition to some occasional random stuns, it could deepen the stun effect
from such skills and spells as battlecry, lure, tiger claw, mindseize and
paralyze.

All 3 offtanks in front row would have chance to deepen the stun with 1 state.
One tank could deepen the stun with one monster only once. So after battlecry
offtanks could deepen the stun 0-3 states and only if monster stays stunned.

Individual chance of deepening the stun would depend on: stun skill percent,
dex/str, luck, lblades/axes/polearms/sblades/bludgeons skill percent and most
IMPORTANTLY on your wielded weapons type.

Different types of weapons would have different stun ratings: bludgeons 10,
martial arts 8, polearms 6, axes 5, lblades 3, sblades 3(though sblades hit
with double rate).

Like this, bludgeons would be best weapons for stunning monsters, like they
should be.
They are bludgeons anyways. :)
