Please allow feather weights not to wear in chests. It _only_ hurts the casual
player. If that would be too suffeli lower the overall duration of FW's and
make the timer stop in chests.
Player a: plays 4-5 hours a week. Generally plays every few days. Needs fws
2-3 times a week to play 5 hours.
Player b: online around 16 hours a day. plays everyday. needs fws 2-3 times
to play 112 hours.
