Baptize % does not affect anything currently, 1% does the job. It could be
changed so that it would be actually possible to fail.

I don't know if you can fumble a baptize, but this skill could be tuned so
that a lower % not only makes it mor probable that you fail, but also fumbling
probability increases. The fumble could be something radical, such as
inverting your own alignment. This would really give some incentive to train
the skill more.

....Or give incentive not to train it at all. There really is not any benefit
from using this skill to the user.
