I'd like to see different approaches to avoiding damage in combat. There would
be the heavy armour types with prots, and low dodge/avoid factors using only
efectively theyr armour and shield/weapons to parry incoming blows.
Then the nimbletypes that can't really wear anything heavier than leather, who
would rely on dodge, avoid and maybe some resist magical damage skills to be
able to stand in the battle. These people would also really rely on their
DEX, not con nor str as much but just getting away from the blows and maybe
using somekind of target shield in offhand that wouldn't take weapon slot.
The current system is to a point according to this, but I'd like to see it
more emphasized.
