Give merchants a skill/spell/something that they can give an extra
line to an eq that descibes who's name is in the eq. Like:

This is a very old blade forged by Kurgan himself during the ...
...
The names Acidia, Durand, Las Ketchup, Lordi and Anipa shimmer
vaguely in it's side.

This skill/spell could cost some bit of some raw material, like
mithril (to write the text), so it wouldn't lessen the ID-business
of merchants too much.
