It would be nice if monsters wouldn't pop when players can see the spawning.
It's boring when you kill a bunch of mobs in a room, go kill one in next room
and have to flee to regen some and the monsters you just killed pop after
first tick.
One upside is it would 'stop' idle-owning mobs, but at the same time someone
could still idle at room causing the mob to never pop.
It would also, maybe, help with some bigger mobs if the mob is right next door
to another bunch of blocking mobs. The blocking mobs would probably never pop
while the bigger one is being killed due to party regenning - or maybe even
paid player idling at the other room. Don't know if that's really a bad thing
or not.
Alternatively maybe (don't know if they do) mobs could have individual
poptimer, if they now pop every thirty minutes, they could start the counter
_after_ killed. It's really annoying if you kill a mob at 29minutes its
pop-timer, move away for 1min1sec and come back and it's popped at 30minutes
timer. This method would make the mob pop next time at 59minutes it's personal
timer.
