Hello all folks. I was just thinking myself that it shouldn't be too hard to
calculate a 'real' momentum for each weapon in game since we know the weight
and the geometrics of those weapons. Dividing mass rightfully on the weapon
(mebbe calculate a model to every weapontype and multiply with actual weight)
and knowing how to hold the weapon 1 or 2 handed(siz does matter on 2h grip
while calculating momentum) should give quite easily a result for 'real' base
quickness of weapon handling. Then we can bring in the siz/str factors and
multiply/divide things to get some number to represent the weapon speed. Same
momentum could be used while calculating the base dam of the weapon also. This
could bring some 'reality' again to weapon handling. Dunno if the numbers
behind current weapon speeds are calculated this way but i doubt. My 2 cents,
-Z-
