give psis a spell that resists forget. Do something for psis, they just suck.
Recent tunes havent done enuff.

Just make them a 30 level guild. Can\'t really see a reason why they aren\'t
now.

Would also open up the possibility for psiconjuchannellers, we\'d have some
actual variation in the high level magicals.
