You take a close look at A Guard dressed in white armour is blocking the
staircase in comparison to yourself.
Level-wise, you have a disadvantage.
For damage absorption, HAH! Read your prayers!
In the power department, HAH! Read your prayers!
Defensively, HAH! Read your prayers!
You would get below average experience for A Guard dressed in white armour is
blocking the staircase.
The final estimation is that A Guard dressed in white armour is blocking the
staircase looks quite skilled, beware.

This is a 5k mob that has turboed. Why is it still in below average tune? All
turbo monsters should be in ALOT exp tune.

For the record: the "why" is based on the base monster's code, not the current
monster incarnation's strength. That's not an excuse, simply why it does that.
It would be possible to make the monster's tune moer friendly when it goes
turbo, however, there are 3 factors involved:
-- There is a degree of "turbocity". A monster can be miniturbo, turbo,
extremely turbo, or "oh my god, a diggabunny just killed Qurp". Some monsters
that go "turbo" has a power increase so small it's attributed to random
chance.
-- Many monsters use specific spells/skills whether they are turbo or not. A
monster that is normally 2k exp and uses magic missile and push might turbo to
50k value, but still use magic missile and push, making it a pretty easy kill
(compared to other 50k-ers, that is).
-- To a certain extent, turbo monsters are a penalty for the same monsters
being killed over and over. Let's say, for example, a monster has a 1% chance
of going turbo. Monster A is killed 1,000 times a boot, Monster B is killed 10
times a boot. Monster B turbos will be rare, as a typical week can pass
without one happening. Monster A turbos will happen several times a day, as a
ittle reminder that "maybe there are other areas worth your time".

That said, I will probably relax the tune penalty on exp on turbo monsters
shortly. But don't expect me to turn it all the way off, for the reasons
mentioned above.
