Being able to pre-pay pcity taxes for 4 months only is laughable.
I can solo for 2h and fill the limit for the city i live in.
Let us to pay taxes for like 4 years.
Increase the monthly tax too, i pay more than my city tax for each of:
fws, potions, prots and repairs, shrinesacs, spidersacs, candy and whores.
Not to mention that there is soo many players in each city that the
cost split is laughable.
