since then they couldnt mess around with us stupid mortals with their fake
tells and emotes and shit.
So, I suggest that they could learn to inform the important things with some
other way than echos.

"How about introducing (and forcing) use of a changelog tagged with subject,
such as a specific guild, for major _and_ minor changes."
I can't speak for everyone, but for a minor guild change I usually just
announce it on the channel, and for a moderate to major change I announce it
on that guild's newsgroup.
