Leaders don't always go "first", sometimes they hold the door open while their
men go forward and the leader is the last one out. I.e. It's noble to make
sure your men get out and you are the last to leave a sinking ship or
dangerous situation.
Make a party option -> party unity on. It unity is on, and a leader moves from
one room to another, he does NOT pull people if any 1 of them are ambushed,
this would prevent backrow from being dead. I'm sure a GOOD character in this
game can avoid walking forward if others are being ambushed or they can move
as 1 unit, marching past a mob, not all running as fast as they individually
can from Point A to B, and fuck whoever gets stuck at point A and gets killed.
If you are leading exp and you could car less if your members die -> \

/...
Then allow party unity off! Then everyone can run around like cowards.
Both of these options should be for leader only, if the leader is in 3,2 row
and his tanks get scared and run the hell away and they are ambushed and die
well who cares. This should just help moving a party as a leader, like a unit.
and it just leads to more rounds in combat, not too suffeli!
