Can some nice arch wipe everyone's nav levels (or make an option) since point
of taking navs in old world was to be able to move nicely and since
wanderer/nav are sister guilds maybe let us wipe navs and ONLY take remaining
levels in wanderer/navs. This will only benefit players who really wanted to
be "navigational artists" in the pervious world and it would seem that it
wouldn't be out of place for the new LORE of this world that old navigators
must re-learn their ways without such a horrible thing as a reinc!
