Also, what's going to be the process for this? Will it be automagic, and we
just drop a marker and transport the city in? Or will it be a take turns
getting a wiz to edit some stuff up? I realize some once-block cities can be a
bit complex to place...basically, some 'american times' dont often have arches
on...so will we need to make sure to log on at finn times? And if so, how long
will the process take?
