(this is a long post, please read this and all following before response.

Good design will encompass the needs of all players and governs those players,
without the need for a gradient (time, player levels, any point system: all
measurable progress) to be present in the system.

So time is eliminated from the reinc equation and the current tax system is
also eliminated because it was intertwined with time.

NEW SYSTEM PROPOSAL:
At the first of every month, Players receive a reincarnation incentive in the
form of a 'Reinc Point'

A player's reinc points will never exceed 1.

In the reinc process you will be given the option to use your reinc point, or
you may choose to decline using it.

Using a reinc point grants the player 1 free EXP reinc.

If the player performs a reinc, and does not have a point,
Or chooses not to use their point two things happen.

The player will be subject to an exp tax, and in return, the player will have
to pay no monetary costs (guild level gold) in the reinc.

**Use your point, Your reinc costs no exp, but you pay the gold in levels.
**Do not use your point, your reinc costs exp but is free in gold.

The tax for the latter option is 7%.

What will this do?
Both options are relative and attractive to ANY class of player. This also
creates interesting reinc situations:

It's the end of the month, you have a reinc point. You decide you want to try
something crazy before you get your next one. You can reinc to hobbit
barbarian with no exp cost (paying guild levels) and if it stinks, wait a day
and get your start of the month point and reinc again (choosing either cash or
no exp)

You've been on the receiving end of many exp profitable reincs, but not a lot
of gold making ones. You will always have a reinc option to spend your exp,
being able to spare all the gold you've managed to muster thus far.

You've made tons of cash in your reincs but you really can't afford to lose
the exp. You can make a free exp reinc once per month now. (CONTINUED IN NEXT

Lelz, in that case make first option have TRIPLE guild level gold cost. Itll
still be cheap for newbies.
And of course there must still be the third option, the system we have
_already_. I like I like it. I not wanna use some weird reinc penny system.
