combine all those, only those with riding can get their own mounts, others can
rent a mount from a beastmaster, and as a bonus to renting, if the beastmaster
gets somesorta locationmemory stuff, you can ride the mount to a specific area
the beastmaster knows, kinda like treenavs without the trees.
