I have noticed that there are plenty of wands around but nobody uses them,
why? because you cant get skill to use one from other than magical and
civilized backgrounds am I right? maybe there should be guilds that are like
squires guild, teaching nomads the ways to use magical devices such as wands,
maybe not efficiently but atleast somehow. Maybe change zapping skill to work
so that you get to zap a wand like every 10 minutes with 20% skill, 5 minutes
for 50% and so, also this guild could be accessible by evil/good religious,
maybe with some guild restrictions.
