Despite the numerous available features of 'tell' command, it would be nice if
one could repeat a tell to last previously used targets. This would have some
advantages over "replying", because sometimes you are involved in multiple
discussions via tells, making it hard to reply to correct target(s).
Synopsis: 'tell dralith,grizzt,shinarae,durand,femko kruik!' and 'tell %
whine!' to tell again to previous target(s).
Pardon me, if this kind of feature already is available.

for the useless spam. Would be nice if this was mentioned explicitly on the
'tell' help file.
