Please code into merchants guild spring hinges. These would be added to chests
after they are made like locks. A spring hinge is made by a merchant, material
and skill affects the time delay on the hinge. The hinge makes the chest auto
close after a delay depending on the time of the hinge after opening.

Basically auto closing chests.

Maybe the worse the skill etc, the longer its open? Make them kinda hard to
make needing various mats etc..
