Could the healing messages be changed a bit. Instead
of telling close to target's maxhp's you healed, it could
tell the relative amount of healing you did. For example
now if you heal a tank with 100/1200 for 150, it says you
healed him a little. And if the tank is at 1000/1200 and you
heal 150, it says healed really much.
That doesn't quite make sense to me.
Either change it to:
You healed <how much you actually healed> of <player> wounds,
leaving him in <bad/good/excellent> shape.
or:
You healed <relative amount of heal vs total hps> of <player>...
