If you are now meddling with reinc, can you please tune it so that
you can use the exp from your hand first, and then safe. Or please for
the love of our (my) sanity and good will, tell me why on earth that
cannot be implemented, or why?

My understanding is that it's a tune issue, and they want you to not go for
months with safe exp. Also, if it were done that way, it would be almost
impossible to get rid of that last few safe exp, meaning that things like
skillbooks, apprenticeships, and anything else that makes sure you have no
safe exp would just plain never work...

The solution is simple.. make it togglable, or remove the safe exp restriction
from skillbooks. Imo these petty restrictions are plain nitpicking, nothing
more.

Even simplier is to leave it as it is. It works, its nice. If you dont want to
have SAFE xp,then take the reincarn method were it is all unsafe and spend
away.

Its all about suffeli. It would be too suffeli to have the player exp be used
before safe exp. Why? What happens when you die with 100m safe exp and 1m
player exp on? Thats why. Safe exp is there, to be used quickly, not something
to sit on.
