Could we make ceremony a bit more interesting as a skill.

First it would work as a normal ceremony - sometimes it helps
sometimes it doesn't. In the early days we could tell whether
ceremony worked or not from the ep loss. Now its a game of
chance.
Granted, that's the way it should be, deities don't always
answer, but yet I dare to propose such that after you've
performed ceremony enough times (and succeeded), and cast
a spell using that ceremony (to help others), you'd be
rewarded with a ceremonial mastery that increases the chance
of succeeding in the ceremony, but also enchances the
effect of the spell, lessens exp loss in ress/nb.

The mastery status would be cleared in reinc, so that
those with dedication might get the full potential.
In addition, you could add some type of a ritual for nomads
which they could use to please their deities. Perhaps
a skill to offer a small sacrifice?
