Event days vs. eq days. Saturday/Sunday = no-event days (don't run angry
events). Since those days see the most eq parties, then on weekdays or so,
make those "free for all event days" since EQ parties are infrequent due to
the high majority of people who work and the difficulty in getting a planned
out 9man party. I think this tune should protect those who plan early, not
9man "pickup" parties that peole make on the fly.
