I would like to beable to control via signal multiple ships. Including
movement,securing,combat.
I would also like navy to get something better than dex, maybe make it a
choice of stat somehow.
I would like to get some flags on ships. Pirates should get various cool
pirate type (black) ones. Navy coool (blue) ones, and maybe mnavy (white) ones
