Was thinking here, maybe there should be +rep from using the ship to all
factions, fastest to mnavy, medium for navy and slow to pirates. This way
system could encourage people to maybe try things out and it would be possible
to boost that +rep by battling for slower factions. Maybe there would be even
some navy ships around?
