I.ve just got an idea about all those nice and funny events we
have here and there.
It is not really hard to code, but I don.t really see the way
of how to balance it.
Anyway, idea is as follows:
There should some counter which is usually 0 (or something)
and it tends to reach this value if it.s more or less than 0. Any
event adds some value to this counter which is positive if players
benefit from it and negative if they suffer. Mentioned above
counter should have minimum and maximum in order to prevent too
kind or too drunk wizard to start too much good/bad events.
Furthermore, the value which is added by an event could have
some multiplier which is dependant on amount of players, their
average level and whatever else.
So, perfectly balanced thing will forbid a nasty wizard to run
magic eater when there are no players to kill it.

Look who's talking... Someone who have been saying "yes, yes, let's run
something evil" after we came back from drinking but well. the idea ain't
bad, albeit believe it or not noone will code it in a way that an Arch can't
override for one, and secondly, even if it WILL be coded in such a way, Arches
are normally such a smartasses (especially drunken ones) that they will find a
workaround And I'm not sure you wanna see the consequences of that
workaround )
