Backrow-bards are not so wanted, so why not make them wanted.
Give us a "Mastery of chorus". This enables that when you choose to
sing with another bard in chorus, you cast the same spells as the other
simultaneously, but for example warez gives a bit more than casted
normally. Con fioco would make 2.5x damage, Strenght in unity would
work better, campfire tune would heal much more etc.
It would be like:
chorus cast 'con fioco' <mob>
At this point, the "lead singer" would start casting and
interrupt anything the other was casting, and both start casting
the same spell.
If the "backup singer" would start doing anything else, both
are interrupted.
The singers need to be close in the party, of course.
