It just occured to me that it would be great to have more options for sorting
commands within the command list. What I mean is, putting certain commands to
internal lists like: "generic," "psionicist commands," "movement commands" so
that perusing/editing our command lists would be less of a headache.

I don't know about anybody else, but I often find commands from several reincs
ago, despite the fact that I've cleaned out my command list each reinc.
