Tune teh mighty herbolzes so that..
1) Everyone who has killed Kitiara and have got one can mark monsters, just
for fun if you wish.
2) Echoing is restricted to rebirthers, just for fun, too.

And now let's just lay back and wait for couple of mortals start to cry about
rebirth :)

Would it be absolutely horrible idea to completely remove requirements for
kerbholz marking? Being able to collect marks for your own personal use
shouldn't hurt anyone. I can understand why echoing is limited but i simply
couldn't care less about it, to be honest i'm on the verge of gagging them.
And if the removal of requirements is totally out of question, could they be
at least somewhat stable? I don't think the current system serves anyone,
"blog read jukiperkele all" (finnish only) to see what i mean.

Yeah, well, forget everything i just rambled, seems like my information was
