Please change the penalty of taking a New Body to be less harsh.

6 hours to be benched is pretty brutal for anyone. Perhaps cut it in half, or
even down to 2hrs.

Since i've gotten so many 'flame' tells I'll suggest this. Make it 1hr penatly
from level 30 and under, 2hrs for 40-30, 3hrs for 50-40, 4hrs for 60-50, 5hrs
for 70-60, 6hrs for 80-70 and then just fuck the highbies.

peace out bitches

Having a smaller penalty for lower levels WOULD make sense, as the higher the
player level, the longer they have inhabited their body - hence, the longer it
would take to learn to use a new habitat. But, hmm, this may be the way it is
on purpose, in which case changing it becomes more difficult. I'll look into
this.

maybe make the penalty dependant on how much exp you\'ve got on you? ranging
from 3-6h or smth..

No, I was actually thinking about making the phase of lifespan the player is
in have an effect. That is, a young member of ones' race would get a smaller
penalty than an old member. But let's see, it may be that there will be no
tune.

Make it so when you get new body cast on you, you appear as a ghost and have
to walk to mortis and buy a new body from him for a fee (depends on level, i
am thinking 1m exp == 25k gold, capped maybe at 200k :). The new body might
take some time to get use to and grow to its full potential.. (add in other
ideas as needed)

I really like this idea, it causes players who get a lower penalty for taking
a body to at least interact with the game a bit more instead of chesting and
idling out the deathstats. It also utilized Mortis which is currently under
utilized, along with the new corpse tunes it could be handy for a dead duck to
go buy the corpse of a dead duck and body into it, have a lower penalty than
bodying into the corpse of a dead ogre.

Many newbies already take new body to recover some of their precious exp. With
taking resurrect they might easily do that lost exp in those 6 hours.

If New Body is made \"easier\" for newbies they start to take new body more and
more. It\'s expensive spell and bad exp for tarmalens. What happens? Nobody
want to cast New Body for newbies.

Recovering from death shouldn\'t be easy. Dying should be expensive. Dying must
give that bad feeling of lost exp and lost time.

Newbies should learn not to die!
