Niftie's area / gcd has a newbie subsection which has a pretty low level limit
(I think not even 30). Since gcd is and for many years has been in the middle
of nowhere, a newbie post inside of the newbie section might be appropriate.

I suggested the same previously, and the wiz said that because of the very
dangerous areas surrounding it, it wasn't a good idea to make a post go there.
It wouuld kill many a n00b.
