Could you please tweak the empathy ability of races to only display fellow
race-members who are on the same continent as yourself? It is nothing but
annoying spam, but perhaps some remote use could come from seeing people going
unconscious, and knowing that they always are on the same continent as
yourself.

Or remove the ability.
