Could those original items that shops sell, be at AWESOME condition. It is
kinda lousy that item that was brought into game by shop, is not in top
condition when bought.

in an AWESOME condition. And basically the shop doesn't repair anything, they
just sell.
That being said, if all items will be in AWESOME condition, they will
naturally be more expensive, since quality affects the price. Is that what you
want?

items are bought, next boot those are there again, could these items be at

In case you hadn't figured it out, most shops sell crap. They sell cheap,
disposable items to players who aren't looking for a heirloom or a piece of
art, but a hammer for a couple of repairs, leather leggings they're just going
to blacksmith, or a shield for a monster or two.
If you want higher quality stuff, consult your local merchants. Armour and
weapons they make are not only a lot better quality, but begin the game at
awemax condition.
And yes, I am deliberately promoting player-player interaction here.

make WEAPONS and ARMOURS. But still, if the store is called "hardware" store
and only selling those certain items that are specified crap, could you
actually create one shop then that would sell good ITEMS, rather than making
stupid excuses why this would not happen.
And yes, i'm really asking this, even if player-player interaction cannot help
me.
