cast identification at <item> for <player>

This could either ID an item that a person is holding in his
inventory (requiring that you're in the same party with him)
or it could spam the output of the ID straight to the player
while you're holding the item.

No copypasting or issues if you dont want to give your
precious multimegamillion worth item to somebody
for holding.
