Is there any way we could define a default channel color for liting? (or is
this already possible and I just don't see it in help lite?)
If not that, could the "channels" command show the names in the color defined
for that channel, so we can easily see which channels we're missing colors
for? I think right now you have to do "channels", and "lite" and compare the
lists visually?
