Similar to the "Phone" option, it would be nice to be able to list IM contact
info for the various IM programs with similar access controls to the "Phone"
command.

Secondarily, It'd be super-awesome to get bat set up with a connector to
jabber, so that people using jabber or google chat could send a message to
"ooga@bat.org" and it would get to me in-game. There are already things set up
to connect to other applications, and one of the jabber servers is even
written in lpc...
