Could 'Whirling Portals' be altered slightly to act like pcity portals, in
the way they react to commands?

That is, 'transport' at a pcity portal displays usage instructions, while at
a Whirling Portal, you need to type 'look at portal' for usage and destination
list.

Could that be made to happen when you type 'portal'?
