I don't mind multiple characters, but I believe they should be kept completely
seperat. I fyou own eq with one it is not transferable to the other, and since
they can't be online at same time u cant sell ot you self. If you have a
second you should have to earn everything as a newbie character would. Don't
share anything. no tp's no gold, no exp etc.

If you wish to tweak reinc as suggested so be it, but tweak it, and dont give
multi character or just make them registered with no special provledges. You
want a second then u have to grind exp and money up to a level to match your
own desire.
There should not be any penalties for multiple character etc as they shoud be
kept completely seperate.
