Maybe the reinc costs are fine the way they are, maybe not. Maybe it is
already too easy to reinc, maybe not.
But would it make reincing too easy if the starting exps, that now is ass
whooping 15k exp, would be somehow related to the reincers total exps and
maybe to the method picked?
