As an option to ferries I would like to be able to charter a boat. Prehap to
location were water is like specific location from the same docks as ferry. If
i know i am going to mithil stonedown, and I am on roth Mithil is on a river.
I shoul dbe able to charter a bot to take me theref for a fair price. this
might also help eliminte money fromt he game etc.
