Another concern people have is people using secondaries as sales cheats. I
don't think that's a real concern either. Right now someone can create an
(Illegal) secondary, get him to level 50, then try to sales cheat. The reason
they don't (or maybe some still try to do it), is because the punishment would
be stiff. So if the punishment for sales cheating was stiff, people still
wouldn't do it even with legal secondaries. Because you have to remember
something. That money they cheated player X out of...it had to be transfered
to, dropped to, or put into the chest/safe of the primary in one way or
another. And if you think 'oh, but the wiz's would have more work to do.'
They would have the same work to do then as they do now if someone tries to
exploit secondaries. Cheaters are cheaters, and they break whatever rules
they want. It'd would be like making owning weapons by criminals IRL
illegal....they are criminals because they do illegal things, so making more
laws for them to break does nothing.
