How about making Alysia relic pop at random times on her. Imho its not fair
to people who are not EET people that we never have a chance to get this
awesome piece of eq. She's 3manable, so in every SS theres plenty of people
who can just check her every day at boot. This mob remains the unfairest in
the game as far as its general prot/personal prot since stifism was
appropriately changed. Imho mobs that drop turbo eq shouldnt be based on who
can get up at a certain time but rather on your skill level etc. Please tune
this mob accordingly.

the tiger GMs. Tho generally they are killed 9man so a whole SS often gets
prot on them. But its NEVER americans/late night players who get to kill
them, which is similarly unfair.
Part of that is that i think the later night players dont even bother to check
them anymore since they assume that if the mob had eq it would have been
killed earlier.

While i agree that monsters wearing eq from boot might be unfair for Americans
I disagree that the time should be random. It is just plainly frustrating not
to know the time when something pops so that you have to camp for the pop for
the whole boot. I suggest that the times should be fixed, but they shold vary.
Example: alysia relic pops from boot, akemi 8h from boot, tenji 16h from boot
etc.
