Since we can set the time zone we're in currently for date, can we also get
things that display the time to also show times in our current time zone? For
example 'tell last' always displays times in Finland (and the time an offline
tell was sent). Also looking at 'sales last', it would be nice if I should
even send an offer or if it was 3 hours ago. I do know that I can just figure
out "I'm 7 hours less than Finland time right now, but I think it would be
nice.

And while we're at it, it'd be neato if the time functions were DST
aware...currently, it seems to just subtract time from finnish times, so 'date
PST' shows an hour off now because we had our DST earlier than finland had
theirs

One solution would be to add DST/Summer time zones (e.g. PDT, MDT, CDT, and
EDT) so we can pick our time zone when the time changes relative to GMT
instead of Bat changing the times in PST, MST, CST, EST (which, strictly
speaking, don't actually change).
