How about removing gold-cost from guild levels, and instead put gold cost on
training skills/spells in guilds, like 500 gold per 100k exp trained.
- Newbies under (some amount of) exp wouldn't need to pay anything.
- You could not train unless you have gold for next 100k exp.
- Training stats in ss wouldn't cost anything and training in race shrines
wouldn't cost anything.
- Reincs cost money because you have to train in guild, but also regular
exping cost money thus removing money from game.

Example reinc: You have 300m exp, you spend like 150 megs to levels and 120
megs to skill/spells, and 30 megs to ss. You pay 120m X 5k gold = 600k gold.
Of course you have paid this when doing that 300m exp too.

Variations:
Advancing levels on adventurer's guild could cost something too, more in
higher levels. Then of course training in guild could cost less than that
500gold/100k.
..Or gold cost could be something different than that. Something suitable.
